Step 1 - Intro call (15 mins)

An informal call between you and us to understand your business goals and growth targets and ultimately assess whether Inbound Marketing is the right choice for your agency.

Here we take a deeper look into the growth targets and current situation (people, process and technology). You will understand how inbound marketing may be able to help you to achieve (hopefully over achieve) your growth targets and we will be able to bring to life how we actually execute inbound marketing campaigns through demonstrating relevant examples of work and results achieved.

Step 3 - Building your Inbound Strategy

Now we have agreed that Inbound Sales & Marketing is the right choice for your agency, we work together to execute a clear 5 week project. This will include onsite workshops, a deep audit of your current performance (systems, people, content and results) and inbound persona mapping. At the end of the project we will present your Inbound Strategy and our proposal to execute as your ongoing partner of choice.

Step 4 - Executing your 1st Inbound Campaign (90-120 days)

Once the strategy is signed off, we will onboard you onto your MarTech platform, create and distribute your 1st 90 Day campaign. You will now have a dedicated project team working to accelerate your online presence- including Account Management, Inbound Strategy, Copywriting, Design, Video, Development and Paid Media.

Step 5 - Optimise and Plan Campaign 2

Whilst your campaign is running, we will constantly reviewing the results within your MarTech platform and making the relevant changes to the campaign to achieve the best results possible. With Weekly Status calls, Monthly reports and Quarterly review meetings, we will ensure that your team are always aware of how your campaign is performing and how to maximise the return from the leads generated.
